REFUND POLICY / TERMS OF SERVICE

Please Be Aware Of Our Cancellation Policy

Daith Medical Ltd are happy to move or cancel appointments, but require 24 hours’ notice in Burgess Hill or 84 Hours notice in Harley Street. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within (24 hours Burgess Hill or 72 Hours Harley Street), of arrival, will be charged in full. However, if an alternative appointment is booked at the time of cancelling, you will only be charged a 50% fee.

Daith Medical Ltd’s objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than (24 hours Burgess Hill or 72 Hours Harley Street) prior to the appointment. This can be done using the link sent you at booking confirmation.

If a client should cancel their appointment within (24 hours Burgess Hill or 72 Hours Harley Street) of the appointment, they will be charged in full. Alternatively, a client is able to move the appointment time, subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling fees will be issued as supplementary fee invoice to the client and are to be paid in full to the within 15 days of the date of the issued invoice. If the client has an Appointment Pass, the fee will be deducted from the pass automatically.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a client may appeal cancellation charges by submitting a Cancellation Appeal Form, which can be requested by calling or emailing us. A decision on the outcome of a client’s appeal may take up to 10 working days. To learn more about us please check here.
