Pain is: Up behind the ear in a question mark shape to the temple.
Muscle position is: A four sides large muscle wish come down from the neck and out to the shoulders then back into the thoracic and lumber spine.

SEM Sternocleidomastoids:
Pain is: Temple above the eye top of the head
Muscle position is: The large muscle at each side of the neck

Suboccipital:
Pain is: Behind eyes
Muscle position: Back of head from the base of neck to base of Skull

Splenius Capitis:
Pain is: Top of head
Muscle position: V shape muscle from the sides of the thoracic to the base of the skull behind the ears

Levator Scapulae
Pain is: Back of head:
Muscle Position: shoulder neck on edge round from trapezium.
